Outbreaks such as the coronavirus have the potentialto cause considerable disruption to product delivery and other essentialservices to our customers. Kadant’s plansfor such disasters begin the moment of first awareness, and the situation iscontinually evaluated.
We have been monitoring the coronavirus outbreak and our contingency plans and are in continuous contact with oursuppliers and our own facilities in the affected areas and around the globe. Atthis time, none of our facilities are impacted by the outbreak, and we do notcurrently expect any significant disruption in our supply chain.
However, it isdifficult to forecast the full scope of impactshouldthis tragic outbreak escalate beyond the current areas of biggest impact. Accordingly, wecontinue to communicate with our teams and our supplier base around the world tofurther define the situation as it evolves and to gain a better understandingof its potential effect.
